Jardín Steak House||It's my birthday!

(EN) Here's to 17 and many more years of living life to the fullest! Well, my birthday is on July 31st but of course, I must follow a specific date for updating this blog. Celebrating my birth day but 17 years later was awesome, nothing better than spending such a wonderful day with your beloved family. This time I decided to try a gourmet restaurant which name is "Jardín Steak House".

As always, I will start talking about the milieu (atmosphere) of this spot. It is a restaurant which combines elegance together with casualness; it's a place where you can celebrate either a birthday party or a business reunion, so, eventually, it was the perfect place for celebrating this day.

(ES) ¡Por 17 años y por seguir viviendo la vida al máximo! Bueno, mi cumpleaños es el 31 de Julio pero obviamente, debo seguir una fecha específica para actualizar el blog. Haber celebrado mi día de nacimiento pero 17 años más tarde fue increíble, nada mejor que pasar el tiempo con tus seres amados. Esta ocasión decidí ir a un restaurante gourmet cuyo nombre es "Jardín Steak House".

Como siempre, empezaré hablando sobre la atmósfera de este espacio. Es un restaurante el cual combina elegancia junto con lo casual; es un lugar en el que puedes celebrar ya sea una fiesta de cumpleaños o una junta de negocios. así que, eventualmente, fue el  mejor lugar para celebrar este día.

(EN) As a starter, I ordered a non-alcohol drink which name is "Conga" (tropical fruit juice). My parents ordered different drinks, Coca Cola and  Corona beer as well.

First and foremost, the restaurant offered us as an appetizer which was nothing but the best fresh fruit I've ever tasted so far; also, they served us tortilla chips together with delightful sauces and dressings.

(ES) Como entrada, ordené una bebida sin alcohol cuyo nombre es "Conga" (bebida de jugos naturales de frutas tropicales). Mis padres ordenaron diferentes bebidas, Coca Cola y cerveza Corona. 

Antes que nada, el restaurante nos ofreció un aperitivo el cual era nada más que la mejor fruta fresca que he probado hasta ahora; además, también nos sirvieron totopos junto con deliciosos aderezos y salsas.

(EN) Here comes the best part: the strong dish. As always, pop and I opted to choose the same plate, "corazón de filete al grill" but I really don't know its name in English, I researched for it and I believe it is "beef rump heart". If you know its correct name please let me know it in the comments guys💘. My mother, ordered a "sea & land brochette". Let's let the pictures speak by themselves:

(ES) Aquí viene la mejor parte: el platillo fuerte. Como siempre, mi papá y yo optamos for escoger el mismo plato, "corazón de filete al grill". Mi mamá ordenó un "alambre mar y tierra". Dejemos que las imágenes hablen por sí solas:

(EN) Finally, dessert time (the best time yet): chocolate and macadamia cake slices. The icing both had was... sensational, tho.

(ES) Finalmente, la hora del postre (el mejor momento además): rebanadas de pastel de chocolate y macadamia. El betún que ambos tenían estuvo... sensacional. 

(EN) Steak House, thank you for making of this day one of the most beautiful I have ever lived. I must come back soon. Everything was MAGNIFICENT.

(ES) Steak House, gracias por haber hecho de ese día uno de los más bonitos que he vivido. Debo volver pronto. Todo estuvo MAGNÍFICO.
