PUNTO 33

I love gourmet restaurants!

In an old post, I talked about this fancy restaurant named PUNTO 33, but I really wanted to make a special post for this amazing restaurant. Today, I went again, with mom, and every time it tastes better. In my personal opinion it is not only about the good cuisine even though it is an important part, but of the environment, experiences; in this kind of places what you get are more than memories that are gotten from the aromas, flavours, appearance, to the reached own proper emotions and feelings; this and more gets reunited in PUNTO 33. 

Summarizing, its flavored, its visual and olfactory delight of PUNTO 33 gets benefited with European cuisine trends; an influence brought to Mexico by the Chef Omar Palafox, who has in his hands the exact condiment and spice measures, to give the palate and all the senses an unforgettable moment (Yes, here in Mexico!) that gets reflected in the commensal's memory; since the very moment someone arrives at the restaurant, they'll find a calid, elegant and attractive atmosphere, which gets complemented with a glass of good wine of your choice to prepare the taste for the good cuisine of this magical place.

The owner of this fancy restaurant, whose name is Omar Palafox, as I told you previously, is a friend of mom. Every time we go, we make table talk. Today, he told us that he had been in Europe for around 8 years: he has been in London, Germany, Spain, etc. (He has also been in Australia). He told us that he really likes the idea of creating new plates, tasting and trying new flavors and decorating them in a showy way. And this all happens with the restaurant too: such a beautiful place!

Want to know my dream? My dream is to have the possibility to travel worldwide, especially to Europe: I'm in love with European countries. I'd like to taste the different flavors of each place;to meet new cultures, languages, etc. I know one day it all will come true. What about you? What are your dreams? Share them with me!

In this occasion I ordered a fillet heart (the most delicious plate I've ever tried in all my life) and mommy ordered a fillet mignon... each plate was amazing. For dessert I had a chocolate volcano, again!I finished my meal so so satisfied.

¡Me encantan los restaurantes de cocina alta/gourmet!

En una antigua entrada, hablé sobre este lujoso restaurante, llamado PUNTO 33, pero en verdad quería hacer una entrada especial para este increíble restaurante. Hoy, fui otra vez, con mi mamá, y cada vez sabe mejor!. En mi opinión personal no solo se trata de la buena cocina aunque sea una parte importante, pero de el ambiente, experiencias; en este tipo de lugares lo que obtienes son más que memorias que son conseguidas desde los aromas, sabores, apariencia, hasta las propias emociones logradas y sentimientos; esto y más se reúne en PUNTO 33.

En resumen, los sabores, el deleite visual y olfativo de PUNTO 33, se beneficia con las tendencias de la cocina europea; la influencia que trajo hasta México el chef Omar Palafox, quien tiene en sus manos las medidas exactas de condimentos y especias para darle al paladar y a todos los sentidos un momento inolvidable que se plasma en la memoria del comensal, desde el momento mismo en que arriba al restaurante, encontrando una ambientación cálida, elegante y atractiva, que se complementa con una copa de buen vino de su elección para preparar el gusto a la buena cocina del lugar.

El dueño de este lujoso restaurante, cuyo nombre es Omar Palafox, como mencioné previamente, es amigo de mi mamá. Cada vez que vamos, hacemos sobremesa. Hoy, nos dijo que él había estado en Europa por alrededor de 8 años: ha estado en Londres, Alemania, España, etc. (También ha estado en Australia). Nos dijo que a el realmente le encanta la idea de crear nuevos platillos, probar nuevos sabores y decorarlos de una manera única y especial. Y todo esto sucede también con el restaurante: ¡es un lugar muy bonito!

¿Quieres conocer mi sueño? Mi sueño es poder tener la posibilidad de viajar por el mundo, especialmente a Europa: estoy enamorada con los países europeos. Me gustaría probar los diferentes sabores de cada lugar; conocer nuevas culturas, lenguajes, etc. Yo sé que todo esto un día será realidad. ¿Qué hay de ti? ¿Cuáles son tus sueños? ¡Compártelos conmigo!

En esta ocasión yo ordené un corazón de filete (el platillo más delicioso que he probado en toda mi vida) y mi mamá ordenó un filete mignon... cada platillo estuvo increíble. De postre tuve un volcán de chocolate, otra vez! Finalicé mi comida muy muy satisfecha.
